How to Install our Wooden Wall Hook

Four Easy Steps

Your wooden wall hook comes with a threaded rod, a toggle anchor and a brass washer for installation into drywall. You will need a drill with a ⅝″ bit.

1. Measure and mark the desired height of the hook on the wall

2. Drill a ⅝″ hole through the wall, keeping the bit level so the hook sits flush

3. Thread the rod into the hook, add the brass washer, spin on the toggle anchor and push it through the wall

4. Pull back on the hook, turn clockwise until tight, and set it horizontal or vertical

Tips for solid walls and for keeping the hook from turning.

Not drywall? Use a 10-24 hanger bolt with a wood-screw end instead of the rod and anchor

To stop the hook turning, add a dab of epoxy or super glue to the threads before inserting
