All of our clothing racks ship free of charge to Canada, the UK and the contiguous US. Minimum purchase of 2 racks without mounts are required for free shipping. We do ship to other destinations so contact us for a quote if you don't reside in the options above.

Most orders ship within 4-6 business days.

Items are shipped without signature required so follow the tracking in your shipping confirmation email for the delivery date. We cannot be responsible for porch pirates or lost packages if proof of delivery is provided by the carrier.

In the event your order is damaged or missing parts upon arrival, please get in touch with us within 5 days. We will not able to remedy either situation after that period.

We are not responsible for any duties, import fees or taxes assigned by your local government. We are not able to redirect any shipments that have been fulfilled while in transit. Any shipments that are refused or sent back will have the costs associated with that subtracted from a refund, if eligible.
